Leistungsgegenstand

Wrexham County Borough Council wish to commission a suitably qualified consultancy to produce a comprehensive feasibility study on a future, long-term sustainable model for Wrexham Library and Information Service, and related assets in Wrexham County Borough, whilst further enhancing its contribution to cultural and wellbeing priorities. This study will be used to evidence further applications to secure investment to deliver the recommendations and develop the library service’s assets (capital) and services (revenue) to provide inclusive life-long learning activities that continue to meet the needs of the diverse communities within Wrexham County Borough into the future. Please see the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, appendices and other supporting documents for full details of the proposed work.
