Leistungsgegenstand
The Council is following the Most Suitable Provider process as detailed under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (the Provider Selection Regime) Regulation 6(6) and 10, to award a contract to the most suitable provider for the delivery of the Oral Health Programme. The service is to work with the local authority and key stakeholders (which will include community group representatives) to identify and address oral health gaps and opportunities. The provider will ensure they meet the needs of the community and further refine and shape the service, embedding a range of oral health promotion programmes that align with national and local strategic priorities. This programme will work alongside and complement the oral health provision under the existing Community Dental Service (CDS). The chosen provider will be responsible for: * Oral Health Promotion including both training and workshops: * Supervised Toothbrushing Programme: * School Fluoride Varnish Programme: * Oral Health Education, Outreach and Engagement Events * Outreach Work Showcase events: Community Oral Health Advocate / Leads Network: * Communication and Promotion materials and * Oral health Resources and packs.
